泰明磊(Helen)老师：法学学士、理学学士，现从事英国留学咨询、教育规划、低幼龄留学生监护；是UEI的资深留学顾问、监护专家。

我拥有多年低幼龄学生监护经验，对各个年龄层次孩子的心理有准确的把握，很快能得到孩子的认可和信任。从业以来，带领监护的孩子们，利用学校假期深入英国社会生活，入住英国本土家庭，让孩子们在英国受到良好的教育的同时，更能接触认识西方的生活和文化，引领孩子对自己的未来求学和人生进行深入的思考和规划。监护期间，我不仅使孩子们接受到课业上专业的指导，还注重对孩子们独立人格的培养，利用自己的监护工作帮助UEI旗下的孩子们树立完整的人生观和价值观。

在监护过程中，我遇到过来自各种家庭和孩子，有家长都不能沟通的“问题孩子”，通过我的耐心沟通和关爱，不仅最后在学业上取得了很好的成就，还改善了孩子与父母之间的亲子关系；还有桀骜不驯的“天才孩子”，在我的正确引导之下，发挥出自己的天赋，正确地选择了合适自己的专业和院校，让孩子的天赋得以发挥和闪耀。如此的例子数不胜数……

我做监护的理念一直是：在我监护下的孩子，我都用对待自己孩子的热情和责任心来对待他们。我要做的是比他们的父母更具有学术性，比一般的监护机构更具有关怀性，让这些远渡重洋的孩子感觉到家的温暖和爱，并在他们求学的关键几年给予他们最专业的指导，让孩子们开心学习，让家长们满意放心。学生们经过我的辅导和规划，全部都能进入心仪高校，每年考入英国排名前三十高校的学生，占学生比例的80%。

I am Helen, MingLei Tai, holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Law and Science. I currently engaged in education consulting, education planning, and guardianship of young overseas students.

I have many years of experience in providing guardianship services to young students. I have an accurate grasp of the psychology of children at all ages. I can always obtain trust from children quickly. My students can all take the best from their half term breaks/school holidays by staying with local families, merge into the British culture and social life, so that they can get a better education experience in the UK. At the same time, they can understand the difference between different cultures, think and plan deeply of their future study and life. Under my guardianship, students can not only receive professional guidance in schoolwork, but also can pay attention to the cultivation of their independent personality. I have helped my students established a complete outlook in life and values.

During my guardianship work, I met a good variety of families and children. There are parents who cannot communicate well with their children, through my patient communication and care, the child have not only made good academic achievements, but also improved the relationship with his parents. I also had unruly talented children, under my guidance, they can play well with their talents and made the right choice of fit. There are countless examples at my end.

My key rule of guardianship service is children who are under my guardianship should be treated the same as my own children. What I always do is to be more academic than their parents, more family-oriented than the general guardianship agents, so that children who have travelled across the ocean can feel the warmth and love. By providing them the most professional academic guidance in the key years of their study, I believe that children can enjoy learning and parents can be satisfied and reassured. The educational counselling and planning services I provided have benefited a lot of students, so far, all of the students have enrolled in their preferred universities. 80% of them were taken by the top 30 UK universities.

米婧老师，UK Education Insight的监护老师之一，早年获颁中国地质大学（北京）文学学士学位，毕业后留英深造，获得英国名校莱斯特大学（University of Leicester)大众传媒硕士学位，是英国皇家语言家学会（Chartered Institute of Linguists)的认证会员，具有翻译资质。她硕士毕业留校，曾任职于英国莱斯特大学国际处，先后负责过印度，中国大陆，台湾，日本以及中东等地的留学生招生工作，后任职于罗素大学集团成员之一的英国利兹大学（University of Leeds)国际处，主要负责中国大陆及香港教育市场招生战略的执行，包括留学指导，中英方大学间项目合作，教育市场相关关系维护，留学相关活动的策划及执行。从业于英国高等教育领域11年，熟悉中英两国教育体系，并在多年的的教育工作中接触到来自不同国家的学生 ，家长及留学中介；不同层面的学术机构，包括国际中学，预科集团，公私立大学；以及教育部，中国驻伦敦和曼彻斯特大使馆；孔子学院，英国使馆文化教育处，英中贸易协会等部门，多年致力于文化交流及教育理念的跨文化传播。

Ms Michelle Jing Mi, one of the guardians of the UK Education Insight Ltd, obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Geosciences (Beijing) and Master’s degree from the University of Leicester. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists. Her initial appointment was an International Market Development Officer in the International Office of the University of Leicester, responsible for the mainland China and India recruitment markets, as well as some niche markets, such as Taiwan, Japan, Saudi Arabia. Her experience was further broadened by working at the University of Leeds, with market responsibilities sitting in the mainland China and Hong Kong.

With over 11 years of work experience in the UK Higher Education Sector, Ms Mi has a track record of providing high standard services to students, parents and recruitment agents. She also has effectively built successful partnerships with overseas institutions at various levels, such as International schools, foundation providers, private and public universities. As a specialist in China-Britain education affairs, Ms Mi has actively engaged with government sectors, to name a few, the Chinese Ministry of Education, the Chinese Embassy, the Confucius Institute, the British Council and the China-Britain Business Council.

我叫海珠，我英国的家人和朋友都习惯叫我的英文名茱莉亚。我毕业于深圳大学中文系，并拥有著名的红砖大学-莱斯特大学的国际经济分析硕士头衔，曾在曼彻斯特的索尔福德大学工作多年，工作领域涉及大学招生，市场营销，网页设计及项目工程管理等。离开大学后，我开始教授中文，并通过网络授课的形式为很多国内学生提供了高质量的英国文学教学。

我热爱心理学，目前正攻读心理咨询学位。多年的工作经验和不断的学习进修，培养了我良好的沟通能力和对于个人，及其它文化的欣赏和理解的能力。这些对于做好监护工作所需要的沟通和关怀能力可谓举足轻重。

我和我的英国先生有两个可爱的孩子，一个12岁，另一个5岁。闲暇时间，我喜爱读书，弹钢琴，唱歌，户外徒步，瑜伽或者在家里的花园侍弄花草 。

My name is Haizhu Cannon and I am known as Julia by family and friends. I hold a British Master’s degree in International Business Analysis. I worked in a university in Manchester for many years and my professional background is in marketing, web design and project management. Since leaving the university last October, I have become a private Mandarin tutor, teaching online lessons ranging from the complete beginner to advanced level. I am also the founder and director of EE Studio where we provide high quality online English literature lessons to young Chinese students.

I am currently studying for counselling skills qualification as I am passionate about helping others. Through my career and studies, I have developed excellent communication skills and an understanding of different culture and customs and appreciation of different individuals which prove to be valuable for being a guardian.

I am married with two wonderful daughters. In my spare time, I love reading, playing piano, singing, outdoor walking, practising yoga and tending to my small vegetable patch in the garden.
